Magnum secured a $20 million funding facility from IRIS, starting with a $1.3 million tranche to advance its Green Pig Iron project and complete the bankable feasibility study.
Sidney, May 2nd, 2022 – Magnum obtained a $20 million financing facility from IRIS, with an initial $1.3 million tranche and additional optional tranches to support its Integrated Green Pig Iron project in Nevada. This structure gives the company flexible, staged funding while limiting dilution and ensuring progress toward its bankable feasibility study.
