Energisme set up a flexible 24-month equity financing line of up to €10 million with IRIS, drawing an initial €600,000 to support its next growth phase.
Boulogne Billancourt, Jan 19, 2022 – Energisme has implemented a 24-month equity-linked financing facility of up to €10 million with IRIS, starting with a first €600,000 tranche and allowing adjustable future drawdowns. This structure is meant to strengthen the company’s cash position and fund its commercial development while giving management control over the timing and size of each tranche.
