HPQ completed a non-brokered private placement raising $306,120 through the issuance of 1,883,815 shares to a European investment firm, IRIS, with proceeds allocated to working capital and R&D initiatives.

MONTREAL, Canada, November 24th , 2025 - HPQ closed a non-brokered private placement of 1,883,815 shares at $0.1625, raising $306,120 from a European investment firm.

The funds will support working capital, battery-related initiatives, and ongoing R&D projects.

Management highlighted that completing this financing without finder’s fees reflects the strength of HPQ’s value proposition.
