CIBOX set up a €1.5 million equity-linked financing line with IRIS to accelerate its expansion in electric mobility, starting with three tranches of €500,000 each.

Paris, Jul 28, 2021 – CIBOX has established a €1.5 million financing line with IRIS, structured through warrants granting access to convertible bonds and intended to support its accelerated growth in electric mobility. The facility allows staged drawdowns aligned with the company’s needs, helping fund new products, services, and R&D while offering more flexible terms than traditional financing options.
